EsyPet Corporation (“EsyPet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1115 Gemini Street, Suite 260, Houston, TX 77058 (support@esypet.com, compliance@esypet.com), operates a multi-device digital booking technology layer, predictive matching engine, and automated two-way telephonic text/routing framework. - Scope, Dual-Sided Framework & Core Marketplace Architecture
Our relationship with you varies depending on how you interact with the platform assets. When a Pet Care Business contracts with us as an operational tool layer to manage bookings, configure automated groomer routing maps, or input staff credentials, pet health histories, and unique localized client logs, EsyPet acts strictly as a neutral ‘Processor’ or ‘Service Provider’ executing on the written instructions of that independent commercial entity. This policy does not apply to information processed strictly in that service provider capacity, which remains controlled by the respective Pet Care Businesses. - Notice at Collection: Categories, Sources, and Data Liquidity Matrices
The matrix layout below documents the specific categories of consumer or commercial data blocks collected, processed, sold, traded, or algorithmically digested within the preceding twelve (12) months. By engaging with the platform, you acknowledge and agree that EsyPet actively rents, sells, licenses, and trades these asset portfolios to advertising networks, corporate data brokers, and market research conglomerates, and injects them into internal machine learning loops.
